Building for Our Future Campaign for Gamma Theta Chapter of Theta Chi Campaign Headquarters | P.O. Box 80828 | Atlanta, Georgia 30366 | 770-903-3987 | 770-903-3988 Fax April 11, 2015 Dear Brothers, Each of you has been instrumental in the strengthening of Gamma Theta at San Diego State University – something that you should be very proud of. As you know, we are in the construction process of a brand new, state of the art facility that should be completed and ready in the upcoming months. This is truly an historic accomplishment, and was made possible through the support and effort of various alumni and undergraduate fnancial contributions during our capital campaign. Now is your time to be a part of this exciting adventure! Once completed, this house will be a place to come back to for years to come, for all of us. Let’s make sure we are able to do just that! So, we are asking all of you, as active members of Theta Chi, to come together and make two goals regarding pledges to the campaign. The frst is to set a chapter percentage participation goal – this is YOUR goal. Do you want to have 100%, 80%, 60% of your membership participating? The second is a collective dollar goal, for example, if all 100 men each pledge an average of $1,000 payable over fve years, which would be $100,000 that would be a meaningful contribution in reaching our campaign goal. What we are asking you to do is make a commitment to the campaign as alumni, and to give back to the chapter after you graduate so that future undergraduates can have the same experience that you did. We understand that you may not be able to start paying your pledge until after you graduate. Therefore, you have the option to delay your payments until that time. This is an exciting time to be a Theta Chi Brother at San Diego State and will take all of us, together, to build a home that will be part of strengthening our brotherhood and continuing our great tradition.
