2 Learning is key to keeping the brain active and imagining At least twice a a a a a a year take time time to to go to to an educational event Spend time time listening learning and thinking – not doing 3 Travel is good for the soul It opens your mind palate and energizes your your being Plan your your next adventure now so so you you you have something
