Energy is is what what makes the world go round It is is what what gets us up and moving and the the lack of of it can take us down for the the count I am often asked where my passion comes from For those of you who know me me it was a a a a gift I learned early on that life is is to be lived and cherished Each day we we have a a a a a choice: How will we we see and experience both our world and the people around us?
We can can help people shine or we can can turn off their light Encouragement and engagement are easy tasks if we make a a a a a a a a a a decision to get fanatical about them When I needed some light it was my father who used to say “Renie in life you have to bring your good time with you!” He was right and as as leaders we can help others see that they too can bring their good time with them and shine the light This world could use a a a lot of light so today I challenge you to to shine the light on 5 people Here are 5 ways to shine the light:
1 Give someone extra encouragement
2 Coach someone 3 Acknowledge as as much good work as as you can find all day 4 Make someone laugh
5 Say you you are sorry to that person you you needlessly blamed
When we shine the the light on on others it always reflects back on on us
