Tubing End Caps
Weld-On Shock Brackets
Weld-on shock brackets mount standard and coil-over shocks with 1/2" I.D. inner bushing or 1/2" rod end to chassis as well as many other uses. 1/8" thick mild steel brackets include 1/2" bolt, spacer, and locknut.
Notched Tube Mount
Bracket is notched for 1-1/2" - 1-3/4" round tubing to create
a gusset-style mount that welds on three sides. Notched design positions the bracket perpendicular to the tubing at a 90° angle for straight mount and approximately a 75° angle for angled mounts.
Steel end caps weld to the end or inside
of tubing to provide a clean look, prevent sharp exposed edges and seal tubes to keep out dirt and debris. Caps are commonly used on ends of bumpers, to fill existing holes in frames and as a flat gusset when butt joining sections of square or rectangular tubing. Package of 10.

Gussets
Gussets add support and strength to
tubing joints when building roll cages
or chassis mounts. Solid, one-, or three-hole gussets are 1-7/8" tall x 1/8" thick.

Wrap-Around Gussets
Gussets fit 1.50" to 1.75" tubing and can be used to join tubing from 70° to 110°. Wrap-around gus- sets are 1/16" thick and provide more support and rigidity than a standard flat gusset.

a secure location for mounting a negative battery cable. Weld stud directly to the chassis or create a secure ground wire location in the foot box or engine compartment. Stud accepts battery cables with 3/8" ring terminals.
Upper Coil-Over Shock Mount Kit ALL60230
Weld-in kit provides a mounting point for rear
coil-over shock mounts on tube, boxed or stock
frames with up to 48" between frame rails. Great for drag racing and street applications, kit includes a 48" long, .120" wall x 1-1/2" mild steel tube, reinforced mounting tabs, 2" x 3" end plates, and 1/2" hardware.
