Dual-pass radiators circu-
late coolant across the top half of the radiator,
then back across the bottom half, allowing up to twice the heat dissipation. These radiators offer the same features as standard Allstar aluminum radiators including furnace-brazed tanks, two rows of 1" tubes, billet machined filler neck with overflow, standard 1-3/4" outlet and feature a universal inlet design to accept fittings for a 1-1/2" standard hose, 1-3/4" hose, -16 or -20AN fittings (sold separately). Available in 24", 26", 28", and 31" overall widths (including tanks).

Radiator has mounting brackets that position it in front of the core support bar, two rows of 1" tubes, furnace-brazed tanks, a machined billet filler neck with overflow fitting, drain petcock, 1/2"NPT bung for additional temperature sender/ switch, and mounting clips. Plastic Tank Radiators
Uniquely designed plastic tank radiators with aluminum core offer over a 22% gross weight savings to comparable aluminum tank radiators when filled with coolant. These performance radiators also provide 6% better cooling than aluminum tank radiators. Tanks are fastened to the core with multi-clamps and an O-ring gasket, a process similar in design to many of today’s high-performance late model muscle cars. Corrosion resistant tanks have molded in 1-1/2" inlet and 1-3/4" beaded hose outlets. Widths are overall including tanks.
