Plastic Overflow Tanks
Plastic tanks have a one-quart capacity and help prevent coolant from spilling onto the ground. Tanks have swivel fittings that accept 5/16" overflow hose and have 1/4"-20 molded inserts for easy mounting.

Heavy-duty all stainless steel con-
struction clamps are easily tightened
with a deep slot hex head screw. Superior
to standard hardware store clamps. For best connection, select the clamp which fits within the range of hose O.D.

Overflow Tank Brackets
Billet aluminum bracket mounts most popular plastic overflow tanks to round chassis tubing and pivot to any angle. Tank mounting holes accept 1/4" fasteners and are slotted to fit tanks with mounting holes between 3-1/2" to 4" CTC.

Power Grip Clamps
Aluminum tank has a 3/8"NPT bung on the side
and a 1/2"NPT bung on the bottom that includes fitting and petcock. 1-quart capacity tank can be used in many forms of competition and is mandated by most sanctioning bodies to prevent coolant from spilling on the racing surface.
Stainless Overflow Tanks
Stainless steel tanks capture coolant overflow and recirculates it to the radiator. Machined aluminum cap twists into the filler neck and seals with an O-ring. Inlet/ outlet fittings accept 1/4" diameter hose. Unit includes mounting brackets and hardware. Measurements are of tank body; add 2" for overall length.

forming a tight band
around standard rubber
and silicone coolant hoses to provide
a secure connection, even under harsh race conditions. Installed clamps provide a smooth, flush fit around hoses and eliminate exposed sharp edges associated with standard hose clamps. Select the band clamp which fits within range of hose O.D. for best connection. Sold each.

Expansion Tanks ALL36115
Aluminum expansion tanks are commonly
mounted as the highest point of the cooling
system and used as a fill point on vehicles that
have a low-mounted radiator or when the fill
point on the radiator is not accessible. The
1/2"NPT bottom supply fitting is commonly con-
nected to the low-pressure side of the cooling
system and the return fitting is connected to a
port located high on the engine to help release
any air trapped in the system. Tanks feature a
machined filler neck to accept most standard radiator caps and a 1/8"NPT port for connecting to an overflow tank.
Replacement petcock for Allstar breather and overflow tanks is also perfect for draining coolant from engines. 1/4"NPT threads.
Overflow Nozzles
Aluminum nozzle acts as a signal to the
driver to indicate a possible overheating
condition as the cooling system pushes
out water. Nozzle with threaded body
mounts in a body panel outside the driver's compartment and is available with a 1/4" barb or a -4AN male fitting.
