Steel pan includes a 8" deep, 7-qt.

horizontal baffling for maximum oil
control. USA-made pan fits all 352, 390, 427,

1973 except trucks, vans, and other rear sump applications.

LS / GEN III Engine Swap Street/Strip Oil Pan
LS oil pan is designed for
swapping an LS1/LS2/LS6/LS7
engine into a pre-1975 Camaro,
Chevelle, 68-Up Nova, or 55-57 Chevy. USA-made pan uses heavy-duty steel and double-thick pan rails, and is 5-1/2 pounds lighter than the factory aluminum oil pan. Kicked-out sump offers increased oil capacity and oil control for consis- tent oil pressure. LS oil pan uses either a stock filter plate or remote filter plate optional MIL21575 filter kit. Capacity is 7 quarts plus filter. Depth of sump 6".

Improved performance and oil capacity for
street or strip, pans include strategically
placed horizontal oil baffling. USA-made
pans fit all AMC V8’s in original chassis. Stock-style pickup system is suitable to 6500 RPM; the external pickup oil pan is recommended for racing applications up to 7500 RPM. Both have a 9" sump depth and an 8-quart capacity, plus filter.

Oil Pumps and Oil Pump Driveshafts
Milodon oil pumps provide a 25% increase in vol-
ume and pressure, and are flow-tested for quality
and performance. Pumps are cast from rigid
40,000 PSI “G-10” material and have strengthened
necks to eliminate breakage. Pump driveshafts are
machined from 4130 chrome moly, centerless ground to avoid stress risers, and then heat treated. For use with high-volume/ high-pressure oil pumps. Chevy pump drives use pinned steel collars instead of plastic.
