Well suited to medium/large capacity
engines with medium frame turbocharg-
ers. The 45mm external wastegate offers
minimum size, yet maximum flow, while the
unique locking collar provides quicker spring
changes. Unit mates to 1.75" O.D. pipe and fits all popular 44mm flanges. Sold complete with weld flanges, V-band clamps, valve seat, collar removal tool, and required fittings. Choose from wastegates with 7 PSI or 14 PSI springs, in blue or black anodized finishes.

Lightweight, compact 50mm BOV is designed
specifically for turbocharged competition
engines. Blow-off valve is 50% lighter and 25%
smaller than competitor units, yet flows 330
CFM. Billet aluminum unit is sold complete with
1/8" NPT vacuum fitting, weld flange, V-band assembly, and blue spring (-18 to -14 InHg).
Power Port
Turbosmart's largest, highest flow blow-off valve currently available. Cutting-edge dual- chamber design allows it to be held open with use of a solenoid to aid turbo response and control during staging. Black anodized billet aluminum valve is sold complete with weld-on flange, collar tool and necessary fittings. Unit with sensor cap allows data logging of BOV.

and heat resistance, the Comp-Gate includes
a 25% smaller actuator housing, which
eases spring changes and indexing of cap
orientation. Flanges mate to 1.75" O.D. pipe.

The largest blow-off valves currently offered by Turbosmart, engineered for high-horsepower,
high-boost turbo or supercharged applications.
Each valve is precision CNC-machined and
includes a 52mm, hard anodized two-piece
aluminum piston and a -4AN vacuum port. Valve
weighs just 1.7 lbs., has a 50mm outlet size, and
accepts the same inlet flange and V-band clamp
as the Race Port. Offered in “Sleeper” or “Sonic” versions. Offered in black anodized finish only.

all excess pressure back into the intake
system. Ideal for applications with sensitive
