A unique formulation adapted from the aero-
space industry, Zybar offers over 90% radiant
heat protection to manifolds, headers, and
exhaust components, outperforming tapes,
wraps, shields, and ceramic-based paints. Ther-
mal coating helps provide increased horse-
power and improved fuel efficiency, will not
chip or crack, while offering resistance to rust and corrosion. Designed for the do-it-yourselfer, product may be applied by spraying, dipping, or wiping a single application of just .001”, which may then be air or oven cured. Offered in bronze satin, midnight black, or cast finish.
Aerosol ZyCor Primer and Color Coats
Highly effective thermal coatings for headers, turbos, manifolds, and exhaust components. These premium coatings provide durable and effective corrosion protection that outperform tapes, wraps, and other spray coating products. Formulated to be a do-it-yourself product, the primer and top coatings must be used in a two step process. ZuCor primer must be applied first before applying any of the ZyCor color coat prod- ucts. Each 13-oz. aerosol can of product will cover a 25 sq. foot surface and dry in approximately
8 hours or oven cure at 350°F for 30 minutes.
