Raptor ASCS 360 Intake Manifold
The Raptor is a lightweight magne-
sium intake manifold fully engineered
for competitive ASCS 360 applications.
Three-piece design uses a separate
manifold on each head and a billet valley
plate that delivers a perfect fit, regard-
less of cylinder head angles. Manifold
includes 100% CNC-machined run-
ners and is designed for spec. head
applications including ASCS Brodix,
Weld Tech, Ron’s Porting, etc. Billet
Super Tops include O-rings to seal
out contaminants and ram tubes
include 180° rolled-over bell design for
improved air flow. Tough Steel throttle

Tough Pump
The Tough Pump combines the benefits of an inno- vative one-piece gear shaft, extra-rigid housing,
and consistent fuel flow, even at extreme RPM’s. Alloy steel, case-hardened one-piece gear shaft prevents any radial movement of the gear on the shaft, maintaining proper clearance between
the gear teeth and the housing. Housing
incorporates an extra-rigid cover retained
by (12) studs that is effective to 400 PSI. Pump
features an inlet port that comes straight into the
gears rather than a 90° angle like most pumps, improv-
ing performance up to 7,000 pump RPM (14,000 engine RPM) without cavitation. Choose from “400" (.400" gear height), “.450” (.450" gear height), or “500" (.500" gear height) model pumps. Each pump is sold complete with 3-port manifold outlet with fitting, inlet flange fitting, and pump swivel flange.

dix, Dart, Chevrolet, AFR, etc. cylinder
heads. Throttle shafts are manufactured
from high-quality alloy material, use
bronze bushings, and are back-cut
for increased flow, while Jack shaft
billet aluminum linkage offers smooth,
reliable throttle operation. Billet Super
