Water Pumps
Designed for racing and competition-proven, every Stewart pump is serial numbered, documented, pressure tested, and run-in at 10,000 RPM. We stock Stage 1, 2, 3, and the top-of-the-line Stage 4 pumps.
Stage 1 Water Pumps
Pumps use new original equipment iron castings that are machined and assem- bled to exacting standards. Pumps appear stock externally and may be used with stock lines and brack-
ets. Unlike stock pumps, the Stage 1 has a
precisely machined fan hub for perfect pulley alignment,
high-flow impeller, special water/anti-freeze compatible seal assembly, and, on some Stage 1 models, a severe-duty 3/4" ball/roller bearing. The Stage 1 has a full one-year warranty.
Stage 4 Water Pumps
Stage 4 pump incorporates all-new DRV-8 Series 8-Vane CNC-ma- chined billet 6061-T6 aluminum impellers and flows up to 41%
more water at twice the pressure
of traditional units, assuring equal
flow to left and right cylinder heads while
consuming less horsepower. Has all the same
features as Stage 3 Pumps, plus a full one-year warranty.

Chevy racing applications, the Pro
Series water pump utilizes a twin
volute housing and replaceable
water pump cartridge, which
provides a perfectly balanced and
unsurpassed flow of coolant to both
sides of the block. Super-efficient
pump uses only two horsepower,
while delivering 50 GPM of flow.
Pump is 5.825" high, with a heavy-duty 3/4" shaft, 1/2" billet steel hub, -16AN side outlets, and stock mounting holes.
Performance Forged Pistons
SRP pistons, manufactured by JE, are “making
performance affordable”. SRP-specific forgings
eliminate several phases of the manufacturing
process, saving time and cutting costs with
high-volume production. All pistons are machined
to accept 1/16" top, 1/16" second, and 3/16" oil
rings. Sold in sets of eight, with wrist pins and

Stage 2 pumps are inexpensive but very effective and include exclusive Stewart fea- tures like heat-treated, ribbed 356-T6 aluminum castings, extra-rigid cam
stops with exclusive 5/8" or 3/4"
ball/roller bearings, maximum-flow, close-tolerance nodular iron impellers, ma-
chined fan hubs with dual bolt patterns, and water/ anti-freeze compatible seal assemblies.
