Hard Brake Line Display Rack

Display, organize, and inventory many lengths of 3/16" steel brake line. Rack measures 17" wide, and has 21 slots which hold 6 pieces each. Pre-punched mounting holes provide easy mounting on wall or display fixture. Not for use with braided brake lines.

Coiled Tubing
Coiled tubing works great for building custom-length brake lines, transmission
lines, and fuel lines without unions. Tubing
is easily cut and flared to desired length.
Stainless tubing is 304 grade and double
annealed for easy flaring and bending. Coiled tubing does not include flare nuts (sold separately).

Description
A few tips to help when flaring stainless steel tubing and prevent splitting the line when flaring. Cut with a hacksaw or cut-off wheel not a tubing cutter. Using a step drill such as ALL11040, slightly chamfer the inside I.D. of the tubing. Using a bench grinder, slightly bevel the outside edge.
Inverted Flare Nuts
Flare nuts are used for building custom hard brake lines, transmission cooler lines, oil lines, and fuel lines. 3/16" and 1/4" nuts are available to fit most master cylinder and metering/proportioning valve applications. Select proper thread size for line used.
