     Simon has 15 years of experience in the spirits industry, including executive leadership positions at Allied Domeq and Diageo.
At Diageo, he led tequila + rum brand teams before transitioning to Vodka, serving as SVP, Global Head of Smirnoff. He left the big- gest to run the best- joining Moet Hennessy as CMO of Belvedere Vodka. There he also served on the Global Marketing Board. Prior to his career in the spirits industry, he spent 15 years with Cadbury Schweppes in a variety of global sales and marketing roles in South Africa, the UK and Canada. Simon has his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Cathy has over 25 years of experience in the alcohol beverage industry, starting her career with theE&JGalloWinery. In1995, Cathy was part of the team that launched Belvedere Vodka. Her marketing and sales contributions helped to scale the business, leading to the brand’s sale to LVMH, Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton. Cathy spent 12 years at Moet Hennessy in executive leadership roles managing a variety of sales teams and brand launches in the United States as well as serving on the Global Leadership Board. Prior to leaving LVMH she returned to Belvedere, focused on the brand’s global growth strategy.
To say Jacob Call was born with
whiskey in his veins might be a stretch, but distilling Kentucky bour- bon has been in his family for three generations. Born and raised in Bardstown, KY, Jacob grew up with a desire to follow his grandfather and father in the business , both of whom ran distillery operations at Jim Beam. Jacob started his career at Florida Distillers, learning sales, operations and distillery management. The opportunity to return to Kentucky came in the fall of 2014, when Jacob was hired to oversee the revival of the Green River Distillery as Master Distiller.
Chuck joined Green River Spirits after a successful 15 year career in the Craft beer industry.
He developed and launched category leading national brands including Samuel Adams, Angry Orchard Hard Cider, Truly Hard Seltzer, Twisted Tea, Tura Kombu- cha and Wild Leaf Craft Hard Tea. He brings experience in creative design, brand management, trade marketing, communications, innovation and product devel- opment. Chuck has a fine arts design degree and his MBA from Babson College.
Shari is head of Research & De- velopment, Flavor Development and Quality Control. She earned her Ph.D. in food and nutritional science. Shari has experience as a research scientist with global spirits organizations - She worked for Beam-Suntory as their senior research scientist for 9 years. She then joined Sam’s Club / Walmart to develop more experience in manufacturing. There she led product develop- ment for their adult beverage and snacks divisions before joining Green River Spirits.
