To say Jacob Call was born with whiskey in his veins
might be a stretch, but distilling Kentucky bourbon has been in his family for three generations. Born and raised in Bardstown, KY, Jacob grew up with a desire to follow his grandfather and father in the business , both of whom ran distillery operations at Jim Beam. Jacob started his career at Florida Distillers, learning sales, operations and distillery management. The opportunity to return to Kentucky came in the fall of 2014, when Jacob was hired to oversee the revival of the Green River Distillery as Master Distiller.
