Grants WorkCenter – EPEX Proposals
How do I Use EPEX Proposals in the Grants Workcenter?
Overview
The MyWork section of a WorkCenter uses filters to return data according to specific search criteria. The
functionality is like a query prompt, where the prompt values frame the set of data returned. Similarly, some
MyWork sections require at least ONE search criteria. If a MyWork section appears in RED, it means that the
filter for that section requires at least one search criteria field to be set. The section will return data once that
setting i.e., department, date, business unit; is entered and saved.
Filter values only need to be set once and may be updated many times as necessary. Filter values may be a
specific data element, such as a name; or, they may be a range or a list of values. Filter options include:
• Equal to (=)
• Less than (<)
• Greater than (>)
• “IN” List (more than one, separated by a comma – for example – more than one business unit)
Navigation
