Using Statement Groups

How do I Use Statement Groups?

Statement Groups have been created for ARTEC customers to relieve the extensive manual effort required for printing,
scanning and e-mailing statements.
Customers are assigned to a Statement Group (such as Neurology) in order to process a single statement for the group
independent of other customers. Refer to the How do I Create Customer Statements? job aid for more information.

Maintaining Customers in Statement Groups

Statement groups are set up by the Compass Production team. ARTEC billing users can add customers to a statement
group as needed.

Navigation
Customers > Customer Information > General Information

                                                      1. Enter the Deposit Unit.
                                                      2. Enter the Customer ID or other customer

                                                          information if known.

                                              1 ï‚· Leave blank to view all customers in the BU.

                                    2 3. Click the Search button.

The General Info page displays.

1. Click the General Info Links menu.
2. Select the Correspondence Options item.
