Searching eNOA in Onbase
How do I Search eNOA in Onbase?
Overview
Electronic Notice of Awards (eNOA) are generated when terms of a new or modified award are acceptable. The
Post Award Setup (PAS) prepares and distributes the eNOA associated with the award. The eNOA document
displays direct and indirect funding, beginning and end dates and ChartField string associated with the award.
The eNOA that are currently stored in ComSquared will be converted and available for search in OnBase.
The eNOA will be generated in Compass and uploaded into Onbase along with the supporting documentation.
The eNOA will be available for search after it has been uploaded into Onbase.
It is suggested to have the Compass Award Number or Project ID available before you search for the eNOA document in
Onbase.
