How do I Run the Billing Interface

Overview

The Billing Interface (BIIF0001) process must be run within the Billing module to transfer the interface file from an
interface staging table into the Billing module. This also produces a Billing Worksheet populated with associated bill
lines. These bill lines are transactions that occurred against the awards for a specified billing period.

Navigation

Navigator > Billing > Interface Transactions > Process Billing Interface

1. Click Add a New Value tab.

2. Enter Run Control Name (Note: You only need to do steps 1-3 once. Run controls can be reused) in the Run
Control ID field.

3. Click on the Add button.
