As we have gained experience with the bonding of transducers, we have developed a process in
conjunction with Loctite. This process involves the cleaning, preparation, bonding and sealing of the
adhesive bond to protect it.
We recommend that this process is used for every commercial installation going forward. Master Series
systems will still be bundled with just HY 4070 adhesive to enable non commercial customers to enjoy
an easier installation.
We now supply SF7515, HY4070 and SI5900 to carry out this procedure. SF7063 is a solvent cleaner
and can be substituted by generic aerosol brake cleaner or with standard acetone.
