Track15 is proud to provide the services outlined below. Success is measured through an increase in solicitation, cultivation, and stewardship activity, all while growing a base of prospects.
Our Major Donor Relations services are carried out by our Development Specialists and Grant Writing Team. They are designed to support the relationships between the organization’s Executive Director and the individuals, foundations, and corporations who support it.This support resembles a Development Director focussed on securing major gifts by incorporating a customized engagement strategy for each potential donor. It also includes grant writing and reporting, as well as prospecting for potential supporters with a similar affinity.

We offer a unique Event Design and Management product that will effectively inspire event guests to donate by tying every element of the event design with the organization’s mission. Our planning process will also ensure the lowest possible costs in order to maximize the return. This product is managed by our event team lead by a Certified Meeting Professional.
Our Data Management product allows us to assess the organization’s current technologies
and data quality. We will learn the existing system in order to provide training and understanding on how to maximize the existing data and tools. We will use these tools to track Major Donor Relations, Annual Giving Strategies, and Event Design and Management. Ideally, every engagement requires some level of this product. Our Database Analyst is also a certified Salesforce Consultant with the ability to build a customized Client Relations Management system.
