Phase III
Community Facility, Event Space, & Restrooms
The final piece of the vision is Phase III.
Phase III will add restrooms and a small community facility that
supports both the skatepark and the rest of Westmoreland Park.
This space could include basic restrooms, a small snack or beverage
area, and a flexible space that supports community programming.
It helps transform the park into a space where families can spend an
entire afternoon rather than just a short visit.
