Operational Model
The skatepark itself will be part of the City of Dallas parks system.
For the additional facilities and programming, we are working with
community partners to ensure there is a sustainable operational model.
Our goal is to ensure the park remains safe, well-maintained, and actively
used for many years to come.
The park sits in the 75211 zip code in southwest Oak Cliff, one of the most
populated areas in Texas with over 75,000 residents.
It borders neighborhoods, apartments, and an elementary school.
A skatepark here isn’t just recreation — it’s an investment in youth, health,
and community engagement.
