No more loose coals and flare up problems with the use of the ceramic coated thermal plate. Comes with a stowable mounting pedestal, or can be removed from the pedestal and used on a table top. Table legs also fold into carrying handles when grill is used outside the boat. Additionally, the polished aluminum top serves as a griddle.
