C-I-L 2026 DISPOSAL PROGRAM AND RETAILER PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Dear Dealer,
This form is to complete your membership to the C-I-L retail partner program. Upon signing this form and completing the following steps you will qualify for this program.
1- Turn in completed sign up form at distributor show. 2- Purchase 6 different CIL part numbers at same distributor show. 3- Promote disposal program with consumers during the Spring Season.
Dealer need to qualify each year during show season with the purchase of 6 different items. The disposal form must note the items purchased.
C-I-L commits to: 1- Supply you with empty containers for the shipping of marine outdated signals* 2- Assist you in shipping document preparation 3- Dispose of these outdated signals
This is a disposal service program only, offered to CIL partners. No credit will be issued. ONLY CIL/Orion brand products will be eligible for free disposal services. A disposal fee will be charged for all other brands. ONLY 1 return per year from a dealer will be accepted. Dealers with multiple locations must consolidate to one prior to return. Amount of flare returned for disposal should not be greater than the amount of flare purchased. Dealer will be charge for all freight charge related to the disposal program. All freight charges must be paid prior to shipment leaving dealer's location. A 500$ security deposit will be taken on dealer's credit card and returned once products are checked and confirmed to be CIL/Orion brand only.
