and Cases provides concise coverage of key strategic management concepts including
strategic planning, implementation, and control. The text includes a chapter on integrating functional areas of operations, marketing, finance, human resources, and information systems into the strategic plan.
The authors emphasize the importance of management ethics and social responsibility as a back-drop to the strategic management process. In addition, the text includes eighteen
