The Wichita Mountains Prevention Network presented the 2nd biennial Heartland Alcohol and Substance Abuse Conference. The conference, held at the Embassy Suites in Norman, Oklahoma helped to train law enforcement, substance abuse professionals and community coalitions in the newest and most effective programs and strategies to prevent substance abuse through collaboration and innovation.
The mission of the Wichita Mountains Prevention Network (WMPN) is to build a community where our citizens can lead healthy, productive, and happy lives. We will do so by reducing risk factors and promoting protective factors in our
community, our schools, our families, and our youth.
