Chief Gary Batton, of the Choctaw Nation, graciously accepted an invitation to speak to Dr. Kendra Ingram’s undergraduate Human Resource Management students. Chief Batton spoke to the students in a conversational setting, addressing multiple management topics, including organizational culture, development, sustainability, and being good stewards of resources to make an impact for the greater good. Chief Batton stressed the Choctaw values of Faith, Family, and Culture and how to incorporate those into the workplace.
