P8 CMC & N8 Nurse Teams Work Together to Accommodate Patients
from P8 CMC After Water Leak
The Cardiomyopathy team and patients quickly needed a temporary home while water damage from a roof failure was repaired. The hospital temporarily relocated the patients from Pratt 8 to North 8. North 8 embraced the Pratt 8 team for nine days as both teams worked seamlessly to provide the high quality, personalized care patients on both units are used to receiving. Although staff from both units were unfamiliar with each other at first, they grew to form a team and support system for each other and their patients. Through hard work around the clock and an inclusive attitude, Pratt 8 and North 8 (some team members in photo below) show that Tufts MC employees are Always Thinking Ahead.
