   THE RESEARCH
The UPS Store’s core business model revolves around packing, shipping and
printing services. This design highlights not only the services centers are known for,
but also the brand’s authentic, can-do spirit expressed as a purposeful and energetic
workshop. Coffee houses, modern design business spaces and “third places” were
researched to develop this design. The result: a contemporary, friendly and productive
environment with an industrial vibe.

THE PROCESS
 The new look and feel of The UPS Store is designed to reflect the PRODUCTIVE,
FAST-PACED nature of the business. Wood flooring and confident colors
infuse simple, straightforward strength and a friendly, welcoming vibe. The
design is intentionally not too trendy or heavily industrial. The attitude aims to be
MODERN, EFFICIENT AND PRODUCTIVE.
