As a quinceañera designer, I get asked all the time about doing something with a twist or play on traditional themes. Thus, this idea of high fashion, modern, trendy popped up and the Urban Quinceañera was born. You ask what it is an Urban Quinceañera? She is the modern-day quinceañera who is edgy and fun. She is incorporating elements of the city around her.
