 BOYS LACROSSE SENIORS
FROM LEFT TO RIGHT: Thierry Charles, Ryan Lupter, Wilkes Dolan, Griffin Campbell, Carson Latta, Conner McRae
  Congratulations Seniors!
      THIERRY CHARLES-CAPTAIN
Thierry has played lacrosse for six years, including three on the varsi-
ty team. He is a strong captain who leads by example, including putting in strength work in the off-season, and the coaches say he’s been a pleasure to coach. Thierry is one of our top defensive midfielders, with speed, tenacious defending and an ability to win ground balls that have been huge assets to our team. Thierry would like to thank his parents for supporting him through the ups and downs of his lacrosse journey. He also thanks all the coaches for helping him become not only a better player, but a better team-mate and leader. Thierry will attend the University of North Carolina as a Morehead Scholar next year.
WILKES DOLAN
Wilkes began playing lacrosse eight years ago and has been on the varsity team since he was a freshman. He has been a solid left-handed attackman for the team throughout his career, with the ability to beat defenders one-on- one and deliver a strong shot. An easy player to coach, Wilkes is a consis- tent-ly hard-worker in practice and has con-tributed to the program’s offense each season. He is grateful for the support provided by his parents and coaches throughout his athletic career at Latin – which included four years of varsity wrestling in addition to lacrosse. Wilkes is heading south to become a Clemson Tiger next year.
CARSON LATTA
Carson has played lacrosse for three years, but between the COVID shut- down and injuries, he guesses he has played varsity for two years. This year, Carson took over the responsibility of the face-off. It is a crucial position that has a big impact on the game, and Carson’s com-mitment to learning the necessary skills, practice them repeat- edly, and continual-ly work to improve have been admirable. He took a similar approach to his role as a punter on the varsity football team this fall. Carson would like to thank his mom, dad and Coach Sip for encouraging him to play lacrosse. We wish Carson the very best as he heads to the University of Kentucky next fall.
