  VARSITY GOLF
The Hawks finished the season 8-1, including a CISAA Conference Championship. Senior Collin Adams earned Medalist at the CISAA Championship, and sophomore Davis Say- man won the individual Medalist title at the NCISAA Tournament. The team finished third overall at the state championship and graduates two seniors: Collin Adams, who heads to Wake Forest to continue his education and golf career, and Thomas Pinckney, who will attend the University of Alabama.
MIDDLE SCHOOL GOLF
The middle school golf team had a phenomenal season. With a loaded roster of thirteen golfers, lots of guys had the opportunity to contribute to the team’s success and a 7-3 winning record. The season highlight came with a huge victory over perennial conference powerhouse, Holy Trinity. In a match played at Renaissance Golf Club, Holy Trinity posted an impressive score of 150. Latin, however, shot a season low 149, sending shockwaves throughout the middle school golfing community. People are still talking about the poise and talent of the boys that played that day. The team benefitted throughout the sea-
son from strong leadership from the 8th graders. The four lowest scoring averages all belonged to 7th graders this season so look out for the CLS middle school golf team next year, too!
  SENIOR NIGHT GOLF
“Golf is the closest game to the game we call life. You get bad breaks from good shots; you get good breaks from bad shots - but you have to play the ball where it lies.”
—Bobby Jones
