Cornish Sea Salt
CORNISH SEA SALT, part of Provenance Brands, has won the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in International Trade, after a growth of 552 % in exports of its natural, mineral-rich sea salt.
In 2012, the company began to develop an international market and appetite for its hand- harvested sea salt, and the total number of export countries has now reached 33.

Back in the UK, the company continues to expand both in terms of wholesale, which has seen a 30% increase on last year, and more recently as an ingredient in food manufacturing.
