Object Pronouns
• Anobjectpronounwilloftenbeusedinthepredicateofthesentence. • Object pronouns usually follow an action verb or a preposition.
• Me, you, him, her, it, us, you, and them are object pronouns.
Examples:
Rat King thought no one was good enough to play with her. Nobody can play with you.
Object Pronouns. Read the sentences. Rewrite each sentence replacing the underlined words with an object pronoun.
1. Nobody could play with the princess.
2. Mr. Sun talked to the king.
3. The wind saw the king and queen coming.
4. The Rat King was talking to the wind and me.
5. The Grey Rat makes the wall fall.
