Write a title.
Begin with a strong sentence, something that will appeal to the reader. Write the narrative in first person. This means you are telling the story. read your sentences. Choose the ones that will be part of your story. Use time order words such as:
              earlier
in the past previously yesterday at first
to begin before rarely seldom after
later at last since finally soon in the end then to finish when until
Write a strong ending.
3. REVISING
                  Check your work.
ask a classmate to read your essay and tell you their opinion. Does your story make sense?
Check your spelling.
Check for subject-verb agreement.
Did you begin your sentences with a capital letter?
Did you use the correct punctuation marks?
4. PUBLISHING
read your narrative to the class.
