A DAY AT THE MUSEUM
The story you just read was written a long time ago. it is always interesting to imagine how different life was back then.
Sometimes it is helpful to visit a museum and see all the materials exhibited to best understand our ancestors.
in this activity, you will imagine you work at a museum and you are presenting an exhibition of artifacts used 300 years ago.
• Make drawings of the materials you will exhibit and gather information about them.
• Write an exhibition card for each of the materials.
• Suggest a title of the exhibition.
• Set up the exhibition in your classroom and invite other classmates to ask you
about your materials.
