4. Pronouns
• A pronoun is a word that takes the place of a noun. • He, she, it, they, and we are pronouns.
• I, me, and us are also pronouns.
he= boy she= girl it= thing or animal they= more than one person
Examples:
It is a tree.
She is a stranger, I don’t know her.
He hopped all the way to the forest.
They are on the edge of the fence.
