• Oversee contractor safety practices
• Comply with OSHA and the client’s safety program for transmission line construction projects
• Inspection of the contractor’s construction to verify adherence to engineering design and client’s specifications
• Track additional work to be performed between multiple contractors
• Perform inspections of pole settings, structure assembly, perimeter grounds, placement of anchoring and pre-stringing work which is necessary for the safe installation of conductors
• Work closely with contractors to maintain environmental compliance
• Responsible for all owner communication regarding R.O.W. of way issues
• Manage material supply
• Handle logistics for mobilization and
demobilization of projects
• Daily and weekly progress reporting
