ECEC Field Activities • Evaluation of plans
• Starting and completion times
• Staffing requirements of each phase
of the project
• Organizes and coordinates all aspects of the construction phase including: schedules / cost tracking and controls
• Provide oversight for access to energize substations, which includes inside the control buildings
• Direct the application of barricades and cones within substation areas for safety purposes
• Provide assistance in locating underground conduits and cables
• Provide assistance understanding prints and electrical schematics
• Knowledge of high voltage switching and the capability to safely remove equipment and lines from service under the direction of the systems operator
• Daily progress reporting
