With a 2019 in full swing, many things are expected to happen during this new year. Including Trump’s effect continuing with the mediatic presidency fighting multiple things; Venezuelans expecting to see the light with Maduro stepping
down; Trudeau and Canadian Elections; the Cannabis Act and the opportunities it creates as well as the social stigma around it; a steady Real Estate market adjusted by government intervention without addressing the real issues of low supply and high demand; with interest rates continuing to be historically low; the strength of the Canadian economy which brings: a projected population growth of 1 million immigrants over the next three years, increasing employment opportunities, low unemployment rates, and the prosper of service industries. Certainly 2019 brings
with it many exciting things.
This is an especially exciting year for us at BEST Group, as the unique business referral network that I founded in October 2009 will also reach its 10-year anniversary of helping talented entrepreneurs in developing and growing their businesses. This has been an incredible journey where we have shared knowledge, friendship and camaraderie. BEST works based on one of the most important human characteristics, trust, which is the foundation to referring prospects between our members with high confidence.
Through BEST Magazine, an incredible shared project, that has been structured since the beginning to be an informative and useful business magazine meant to educate and inform clients and friends regarding interesting and relevant topics with relation to our BEST members’ areas of expertise.
This 2019 we expect to continue bringing thought-provoking and informative content to our readers. We hope this magazine continues to be a great source of information and point of contact with you!
This Spring edition brings with it a special focus on Cannabis and its effect on different people, businesses, and industries. From medical cannabis users; growers; importers and exporters; recreational users; pharmaceutical companies; insurers; lawyers; real estate sellers, buyers, and brokers; condominium property managers; neighbors; public areas; etc.
This is Canada in 2019, and it will surely be an interesting year to experience and enjoy!
