STADIUM TRAINING
July 9 – August 4
Get on the “fast track” to weight loss
and in shape for summer during this 4-week program. Meeting at ATI Field at Joliet Memorial Stadium, this cardio intensive workout utilizes stairs, bleachers, the track, and  eld to increase cardio endurance, speed and burn calories.

IAC BOOT CAMP
August 20 – October 26
IAC Boot Camp is a progressive  tness program for all levels. Take advantage of the opportunity to train with exclusive equipment and in a variety of state of the art indoor and outdoor facilities. LOOK AHEAD ... Take your  tness goals to the next level. Your only limit is you! Informational meetings are on Wednesday, August 1 at 6pm or Saturday, August 4 at 9am.
