Do you have concerns about what you are eating? Are you confused by all the information you hear or read? Then it is time to meet with a Nutrition Coach to  gure out what is best for YOU to meet YOUR health and  tness goals. An Initial Assessment is step one to get you on the right path!

Have you been wondering what all the hype is about? Join us for a free workshop covering the who, what, where, when, why and how of essential oils! Take charge of your health and the products you allow in your home. Learn just how easy it is to use essential oils to support every system in your body. You also will be taught how to start swapping out the expensive, toxic chemicals in your home for pennies on the dollar! You’ll learn about essential oil safety, production of the oils, common methods of use and how to use essential oils to naturally support body systems.
Each class listed below is from 6pm – 7:30pm and is held in the Inwood Athletic Club Board Room.
