Individual Training
30- and 60-minute sessions available.
All about YOU! One on one  tness planning strategy based on YOUR goals. Individualized attention, support, advice and instruction from experts in the  eld of health and wellness. These sessions are personalized to the individual.
Group Training
45-minute sessions
Small group training with our expert  tness professionals for you and your group of friends, co-workers, family, etc. Training format and time can be customized to meet the goals of your group.
Nutrition
Nutrition is 80% of the equation for a healthy lifestyle. Food is the fuel needed for day to day life, and learning the best way for you to fuel your body will increase energy, allow for  tness gains, and help achieve and maintain a healthy weight. The amount of mainstream nutrition advice and information can be overwhelm-

Individualized Nutrition Counseling
Do you have concerns about what you are eating? Are you confused by all the information you hear or read? Is it all just too much? Then it is time to meet with a Nutrition Coach to  gure out what is best for you to meet your health and  tness goals. An initial assessment is step one to get you on the right path!

50+ Fitness Fusion
Free to Inwood Athletic Club members!
You will lose it if you don’t use it! This class, designed for those 50+, is conducted on the Inwood Athletic Club  tness  oor. The focus is form, function, lifelong wellness, injury prevention and quality of life. Instructors teach participants the proper use of strength machines during this instructional circuit style class.
On-going Tuesdays and Thursdays,12 – 1p & 1 – 2p. Meet at the Inwood Athletic Club Fitness Desk.
