In Search of Frogs
Learn about those hippity hoppity creatures called frogs - their di erent frog calls, where they live, how they catch their food, and their habitats. We’ll roast marshmallows around a cozy camp re then we’ll take a hike, search for frogs, and learn some more about them. Bring your ashlights and boots. Wear long sleeves, pants, and bug repellent. Please pre-register for this program.
Bird Walk
Spring migration season is here. A member of the Will County Audubon Society will be leading guided bird hikes around Pilcher Park and identifying spring migrants. Bring your binoc- ulars or borrow ours. Come prepared for hiking on trails with potentially rough terrain. Please pre-register for this event.

Are you interested in exploring the hidden gems of Pilcher Park’s forest oor? This adult-only wild ower hike allows you to get up close with the beautiful spring wild owers that are native to our forest. Join us on a guided hike with a naturalist to learn facts and identi cation of our wild owers.
Read the Storybook Trail and Craft
Join us for a guided hike on our Storybook Trail! We will read a story to you as you walk along the trail and then come inside to make a fun craft. The stories and crafts will be related to the current season.
