Kipper Training Program
Gymnasts will learn USAG compulsory competition skills on all four events: vault, bars, beam and oor exercise. To be in the Kipper Training Program the child must have successfully com- pleted Level 3 gymnastics. A leotard must be worn to practice with hair up and no jewelry.

Boys’ Warrior Gymnastics
Same class, new name! Boys gymnastics mixed with obstacle course fun! Parallel bars, pommel horse, vault, single bar, tumbling and trampoline are all covered in this class just for the guys aged 6-12! Time will also be dedicated to developing strength through conditioning and increasing exibility.

Sundays: 4 – 6pm | Thursdays: 7 – 9pm
At our open gym you can practice your gymnastics,tumbling or cheer skills. Sta is in the gym for assistance, but no lessons are given. Check the gymnastics bulletin board for cancellations. Open gym is also a great time to be evaluated to start classes.
