Groups will rotate periodically to di erent tness areas: treadmills, bicycles, walking, track, etc. All individuals will need a medical authorization form completed by a physician to participate.

What’s your favorite movie? Two of the weeks we will attend the movie theater and the other two weeks we will be at the Kathy Green Multi-Purpose Center. Admission is included. You may bring money for refreshments.
