Celebrate National Water Safety Month at Inwood Athletic
Club Pool! We are hosting a FREE water-safety night where
Water Exercise
Hydro Trifecta
Water exercise is all about moving more water and creating more resistance. In this exciting new layout, participants will experience a combination of strength and cardio workouts in a variety of different water environments. Each class will have a new and exciting plan to challenge both your mind and body! We are excited to offer this combination class to enable participants to gain more from each workout with the most versatile water exercises out there! Drop-in fee is $5. Classes cancelled due to private rentals or inclement weather can be made up at the Splash Station Water Aerobics class on Saturday mornings.

Splash Station Water Aerobics
Check out our evening water aerobics class held at Splash Station Waterpark! We will lead you through a low-impact and exciting aquatic exercise program while getting to enjoy the summer weather. Drop-in fee is $5. Classes cancelled due to inclement weather can be made up at the Hydro TriFecta class on Tuesday evenings.

World’s Largest Swim Lesson
The World’s Largest Swim Lesson is coming to Splash Station! Participate in this record-setting event and support water- safety awareness. This is a FREE event and will include a 30-minute swim lesson. Registration is preferred but walk-ins are welcome.

All private lesson sessions are 30-minutes long. Payment must be received by the Joliet Park District before or at the time of the first scheduled lesson. Submitting a private swim lesson request does not register you for the program. Registration for private swim lessons must be completed at the Inwood Athletic Club front desk. Submit a request online for more info at jolietpark.org/swim-lessons.
Group
There may be up to 2 participants per instructor. All participants are to participate as one group during the same lesson and be of similar swimming capabilities. Each group lesson is 30-minutes.
