adventure awaits
Just because 2016 is winding down, doesn’t mean the fun stops at the Joliet Park District. Make plans to visit your community park (many of which have been updated, see page 71 for details) and get some fresh air! Or browse through this catalog and sign up for one of our great programs. We also have a great lineup of special events, like the Pokéman Go Halloween Hunt on October 31st (see page 6), Star Wars Family Event on January 7th (page 7), or
Pioneer Fest and Pancake Breakfast on March 18th (page 7).
Before we head into winter, one last thank you to everyone who helped make the summer of 2016 one of the best in Joliet Park District history. We saw amazing crowds at Splash Station, summer camps, all three golf courses, and record attendance at the Taste of Joliet. We think we have the best park district in the state of Illinois, and we couldn’t do it without you. Thank you.
PS. Make sure you check out the brand new jolietpark.org website, making its debut in October!
