Groups will rotate periodically to di erent tness areas: treadmills, bicycles, walking, track, etc. All individuals will need a medical authorization form completed by a physician in order to participate. Trans: $56 Jan session; $63 Mar session

Learn to swim. SRJC follows the American Red Cross swim program. All swimmers will have the opportunity to advance to our Special Olympics Illinois Swim Team.
