Sister Terri Lyn Hamilton
Sis. Terri Hamilton, what would our members do without you?

Sis. Hamilton was born in Shreveport and attended church since her youth. THE PHBC SECOND QUARTER CHURCH-WIDE PROJECT
Thanks to Sister Mary Braziel for her leadership in coordinating the Second Quarter Church-Wide Project. The project’s focus this quarter was to collect items urgently needed to support the Shreveport-Bossier Rescue Mission Life Recovery Program. Items requested were men’s and women’s underwear, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, toilet paper, shoes, and various other similar items. PHBC members were asked to donate these items to support the individuals who rely on the Mission for these needed items. Thanks also to the generosity of our PHBC members and friends, who whole-heartedly answered the call for donations with a smile! Because of their generosity, donations were numerous! The collected items were given to the Mission on June 25, 2025.
Sis. Braziel said, “I’ve been a member of PHBC since 2004, and other than supporting the church with contributing towards certain projects and participating in various activities,
I’d never taken leadership of any project. It was placed on my heart to do something to help those in the community who do not have the basic needs and could use a helping hand. I inquired about the project through the appropriate channels and offered myself as the coordinator of this worth-while project. It has been my honor and a privilege to help those who are in need. I’m very appreciative to our members who have come forth with numerous donations in support of the project. I’m so pleased over the generous spirit of our members and the support of Pastor Reginald Reid.”
